Spectrum Medical Billing Services, LLC was started in 2005 and is locally owned and operated by Deborah Rieser in Anchorage, Alaska. We specialize in providing billing services for small to large Pediatric Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy practices, but also provide services for other healthcare providers in Alaska. While many of our clients are established businesses we also like to help new practices get started by helping them with their billing needs, allowing them to focus on their practice and grow their business.

We pride ourselves on the individual attention we provide to our clients and sincerely care about their business and billing needs.
